Terms of use

Version before legal review
This text explains in plain language how the service works. Once a lawyer has reviewed it, the final version will be published on this page.
These terms set the rules for using the Medbor mobile app, website and Telegram bot. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. What the service is
Medbor connects patients with clinics: finding a clinic, booking a visit, messaging the clinic and keeping your medical history in one place. Medbor is not a medical institution: medical services are provided by the clinic, which is responsible for their quality. Clinic information (address, opening hours, services, prices) is provided by the clinics themselves.
2. Account
You sign in via Telegram with your own phone number and are responsible for actions taken through your account. Minors are booked by their parents through the “Family” section. Accounts that break the rules may be blocked. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website.
3. Booking and cancellation
You can book at least 30 minutes and at most 30 days ahead. The clinic confirms the request, declines it or proposes another time — you will be notified. A request with no answer is cancelled automatically once the visit time has passed. You can cancel a visit in the “My visits” section of the app. If you do not come, the visit is marked “No-show”.
4. AI assistant
The AI assistant gives general information, does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor. Do not treat yourself based on its answers — see a doctor. In an emergency, call 103 immediately.
5. Payments
Visits are paid at the clinic, at the price set by the clinic. Prices on the website are provided by the clinic; the clinic sets the final price after the service. If online payment is added, its terms will be published here.
6. Advertising and reviews
Clinics may pay to appear higher in search results. Such a clinic is always marked “AD”. Ratings and reviews cannot be changed for money: only a patient with a completed visit can leave a review, and clinic staff cannot review their own clinic.
7. Liability
Medbor aims to keep the service running without interruption but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures. The clinic that provides a medical service is responsible for that service, its quality and its price. Clinics are responsible for the information they provide, and authors for their reviews.
8. Changes to the terms
These terms and the privacy policy may change. Changes are published on this page and the “Last updated” date is updated. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
